In answer to the Roadfood.com question, Do You Like BBQ Pre-Sauced or Sauce On the Side?, Roadfooders chose to have the sauce on the side by about a two-to-one margin over pre-sauced Q; let’s you tailor it precisely to your own taste. Few chose the totally sauceless option but we’d wager that most of those folks are Texas brisket fans. We find sauce totally unnecessary on good Texas beef barbecue.
