When it comes to catfish, Roadfood.com readers show a 4-to-1 preference for the boneless variety. That’s according to a recent poll which asked, How Do You Like Your Fried Catfish? We enjoy it both ways but always felt that, as fish go, catfish is one of the easier creatures for picking meat from bones. We think you get more flavor when they’re cooked on the bone, too, but maybe that’s not a plus, seeing as how about a quarter of respondents said they don’t like catfish at all! There’s no denying that catfish have a unique and distinct flavor that some people, even some fish-lovers, find off-putting.
