No Gourmet, But There’s Still Saveur

We asked the question of Roadfood.com readers: With Gourmet Gone, What's Your Favorite Food Mag?  Saveur was the clear preference, although most of the food mags received significant support.  There are many, many other food magazines out there, from those by Rachel Ray and Martha Stewart to a slew of diet-oriented publications.  No offense intended if your favorite wasn’t included.  The premium-priced Gastronomica, by the way, was NOT the first poll selection to receive no votes.  Three people (out of the 1,040 who voted) selected it as their favorite.  As far as we are concerned, Gourmet (and especially Jane and Michael Stern’s column) will be sorely missed.
