New England puddings

Yankee Magazine just posted a feature on New England baked puddings, spotlighting recipes to make Indian, bread, rice, corn, and apple-maple puddings at home. There is, of course, a recipe for Grape-Nut pudding that may be as delicious as this handsome specimen (above) from the Agawam Diner on Route 1 in Rowley, Massachusetts. Our taste memory has chronicled all of our greatest pudding experiences, and our favorite bread pudding hails from the Caffe Phoenix, located on Front Street in historic downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. Please share what and where your favorite baked pudding is!
