This week marked the 100th anniversary of Philippe the Original in Los Angeles, and publications all over are singing its praises.  Here, the Los Angeles Downtown News praises the Philippe experience in an editorial: “we love that you always see your favorite carving lady behind the counter, even if you keep going for decades.”
