The traditionally Swedish neighborhood know as Andersonville, in Chicago, will be holding their annual Dessert Crawl this Sunday (10/12/08). This is just like a marathon, except instead of burning massive amounts of calories, you consume them. There are two routes, each with 12 restaurants. Choose one of the routes for $25, or both for $40 (ever try to eat 24 desserts? We assume these are tasting portions). Some of the stops on the Swedish Stroll: Ann Sather (Roadfood.com review), en thai ce, and Taste of Lebanon. A few of the Rainbow Route stops: Big Jones, Fireside, and Foursided. If you can handle it, there’s a wine tasting to follow, at In Fine Spirits, for $20. Click on the brochure above for more info and to purchase tickets.
