Santa Fe Chefs Name Favorite Local Dishes

As part of the publication of their brand new yearly restaurant guide, the Santa Fe Reporter asked area chefs and food folks for their favorite local dishes.  There are many good ideas here.  Some of the dishes named: the hamburger with bacon and grilled onions at Bobcat Bite (Roadfood.com review; photo above) was a favorite of Mu Jing Lau, chef at Mu Du Noodles; Chef Kim Müller likes the breakfast quesadillas at Pasqual's (Roadfood.com review; photo below).
