On Friday, September 26th and Saturday, September 27th, from 7:30-10:30 pm, Calgary’s 10th Annual Wine Stage will be held at the Epcor Centre for the Performing Arts.  Wine Stage is a fundraiser for the One Yellow Rabbit Performance Theatre, and is widely considered the city’s premier wine and food event.  Wines will be poured by some of the city’s top wine merchants, to accompany food from top Calgary restaurants.  Tickets are $85, and the event always sells out, so if you’re interested, act now.  See the Wine Stage website for more info.

Pictured above, from Michael Stern’s Roadfood.com review, is a sirloin from River Café, one of the restaurants participating in Wine Stage.
