Of one thing you can be certain: if lobster rolls appear in a poll, any poll, lobster rolls will win that poll. Roadfooders LOVE lobster rolls! And who can blame them? Fresh sweet lobster meat, lightly dressed with warm butter, or mayo, piled in a buttery toasted top-loading hot dog bun… what more does a person need? Maybe the number two and three choices in our New England Specialty poll: fried clams and clam chowder. Lobster roll, clams, and chowder – we’re already looking forward to next summer!
