So says Mark Taylor in his review of Teibel’s, of Schererville, Indiana (Roadfood.com review), for The Post-Tribune of Northwest Indiana. Teibel’s continues on just as it has for decades, serving the same relish tray, fried chicken, and lake perch in the same tried-and-true manner that has brought them much success. Mark praises the sauteed chicken livers, stuffed mushroom caps, Canadian walleye pike, and the sauteed perch and frogs legs.
