Strong words, from Rebecca Weiss of The Cornell Daily Sun!  She likes the Shortstop Deli in Ithaca.  A lot.  She likes everything about it.  She’s even written a love-letter haiku about it.  Read her ode here.

Now I can see a conveyor oven in the truck, but with a brick and mortar building... I dunno.  But that Sui sure does look tasty either way! Also liked the way Marc Bruno ordered it "High Carbon" in the Roadfood Review.. Tasty way to go.
