Michael Stern, in his Roadfood.com review, says breakfast at the Anasazi is particularly compelling: “We always have a hard time choosing from among such specialties as blackberry flapjacks, a green chile breakfast burrito, and cinnamon brioche French toast. Granola, spread with fresh berries, is nothing short of spectacular.”
