Anasazi Restaurant of Sante Fe Gets New Executive Chef

Oliver Ridgeway has been named the new Executive Chef for the newly-redesigned Anasazi Restaurant, at Sante Fe’s Inn of the AnasaziRead about it at hotelinteractive.com.

Michael Stern, in his Roadfood.com review, says breakfast at the Anasazi is particularly compelling: “We always have a hard time choosing from among such specialties as blackberry flapjacks, a green chile breakfast burrito, and cinnamon brioche French toast. Granola, spread with fresh berries, is nothing short of spectacular.”
