David Bailey, who has been our editor at Delta Airlines' Sky magazine for many years now, has started a blog devoted exclusively to barbecue. Hosted by Delta, the stated goal of 'Cue Confessions is to "open people's minds and mouths to different kinds of cue." David knows his stuff, and it looks like this site is going to be a lot of fun. Pictured above, in case you weren't on the Austin BBQ eating tour or have lived a life deprived of the Lone Star state's best, is the old dining room at Smitty's in Lockhart.
