Key West airport 2

Here is a link to a podcast that I recently did with Jeff Houck of the Tampa Tribune. There is some focus on Florida -- La Teresita in particular -- but most of it is about Roadfood in general: just what it is and how the idea came about.

Michael, what an excellent dialogue this is! No matter how many times I've read your books, I always learn something new about you and your RF career. Now I was definitely surprised to hear about Skowhegan, Maine as a possible RF destination! We're visiting that area in June, so I'll have to give SkowVegas (as my Skowheganite friend calls it) another once-over for RF potential...thank you very much!

Chris, do let me know if you find something in Skowhegan. Shirley's Dining Room is long gone. I believe it was in the first edition of Roadfood.
