With a sister shop that sells exotic spices, how could Christina's possibly go wrong? The flavor list may have you thinking that you've entered Willy Wonka's magical laboratory, where lines cease to exist between dinner and dessert. Take a taste of the Kaffir Lime, Cinnamon Rice Pudding, or Thai Basil ice creams and you will see just how beautifully those lines can be torn down.

Our recommendation - We would travel across state lines to experience Christina's Ice Cream.
| Trip Report Card |
| Overall Experience | |
| |
| Coffee Oreo Ice Cream - With a light coffee flavor, this ice cream could have been creamier, but there was a lot of cookie chunkage. | |
| Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream - Rich and creamy with a moderate to intense chocolate flavor. | |
| Carrot Cake Ice Cream - Lots of carrot and nut chunks make for a unique flavor experience. It's like eating pie on a cone. | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream - This icy vanilla had a smooth flavor, but begged for toppings. | |
| Hot Fudge Sauce - Thin, dark, bittersweet sauce. | |
