Pan-fried chicken lovers rejoice!  A new Stroud's opens today.  The old 85th Street location of Stroud's closed about a year ago, leaving the Oak Ridge Manor Stroud's as the sole source of what some call the world's greatest fried chicken.  Starting today, you can now get Stroud's in the Kansas City suburb of Shawnee, Kansas.  Read all about it in this Kansas City Star article (thanks to Sfreader for pointing out the link).  Here's a Roadfood.com review of the Oak Ridge location.
